A spin on sustainability’s well-known “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle”, 3RS focuses on investing in the changemakers of the environmental movement to ensure the long-term sustainability of this necessary front-line work. This journal is designed to create opportunities for joy, reflection and learning as we combat eco-grief; its a reminder to rest, a necessary part of resisting against the unhealthy working standards set by the capitalistic society we presently exist in.For this project, I co-designed this book with Natasha Hader and worked alongside Manvi, Celeste and other members at SUTE. This was a very grueling process and I’m very thankful for the constructive feedback and overall awesome team to get my first illustrated book published!
